Club Marine Boat Insurance
Comprehensively insured our very well maintained and regularly serviced boat. Had a fire in the motor and CM were not interested. Took it to their approved mechanic who said the starter motor got stuck - no one at fault, just a random thing. Took forever to process the claim which they then rejected. However they’ll replace the cowling. Whoopdeedoo. We’ll be going elsewhere.

The absolute worst experience after someone crashed into my car. It was over a 2 month process. The tow truck company further damaged my car and got away with it- I got no update calls in regards to where my car was and only for it to be written off due to the further damage.This was extremely stressful and has left me in a bad mental state.

Awful experience, ignored all specialists that I attended and long process suddenly rushed through after their appointed doctor recommendations, during that appointment we moved rooms three times at the doctors request (aircon related), he took a private phone call and I had to sit and watch him search the room then leave to find items to test on me, feel abandoned this is just a business, pity they cant even work out losses! Would give a minus if i could, you have forgotten there are actually injured people not commodities behind the emails and calls.

Nova Smash Repairs
My car went into Nova for repairs after the stone incident on Tonkin Hwy. The whole car was peppered with chips and dents. Thanks Nova, after an agonising 5 weeks (due to german shipping) I finally have my baby back and it looks better than when it left the showroom! The team were great dealing with me being a pest and my came back clean and shiny. I highly recommend sending your prestige cars to Nova!Apologies for the background of the pics, we are renovating!

I found the policy cover is better and is around 20% cheaper than what our renewal was so definitely a big win.
