Poor communication. When I advised about poor communication. They advised they would try and better and didn’t. Had to constantly chase up or I would hear nothing. A very very frustrating experience.

Poor communication & tardy management. Todd was managing the job involving 2 tradesmen, we moved the tenant out of our unit. However, the 1st tradesman completed the works and went on holidays without returning the keys or notifying anyone. At the end my tenant had to arrange alternate accommodation while the electricians picked up the second stage of the work at a much delayed program.

Would like to say a special thanks to Matt and the team at TIS, who provide a friendly, efficient and prompt service. I am a Strata Manager and dealing with TIS is always a pleasure! You have a great team who are able to assist with all strata jobs.
